Days Bells will be ringing ..... that's the opening line of a Christmas song with a blues beat. Definitely, it will be ringing since its just 30 days more before Christmas. How I wish I could spend it with her but who knows , she just might be able to make it here and spend our Christmas together.The spirit is definitely in the air. Houses in our neighborhood started lighting up their homes, ours included, and it is a glorious site to see them at night ... of course with occasional power failures due to power overload are a set back sometimes . Yup, the spirit is definitely here and its a time to celebrate.

30 days to go and we do have to prepare ourselves for the season. I hope the spirit gets into our soul and really get to know the real reason why we celebrate Christmas. We are still tossin gup where to go for holidays. I am considerng somewhere in Australia, maybe even Noosa, i have family there. Sometimes, the commercial spirit overshadows the true meaning of it all. Sometimes, we think it wouldn't be christmas without gifts but there is something more greater than that. Yes, there would be commercial and financial preparation but I hope we wont forget to prepare our hearts to celebrate the birth of Jesus. This is the true essence of it all. I hope we do get the chance to be spiritually prepared for the season too aside from the commercial preparations we are making.
